Really appreciate your families efforts in farming. I have two acres in Sicily my father in Law has left to us and would wish to convert into an small operation on the vision you have been working out at your location. Any thoughts? Currently 1/3 is Olive trees and 2/3 grain which previously (ten years ago) was for table grapes.

Hi, Sorry has taken so long in contacting u. With good soils two acres are plenty to produce for your family needs and sell the rest. Utilize what is available on ur property whether grapes or olive oil. On a small piece of property there is plenty room for a few pigs and chickens for personnel consumption and selling the rest. There are many farmers that can make a sustainable livening on a small piece of land,
